Another theme suggestion born out of the survey I ran late last year - quite literally, that's how it was entered on my form - as Tropetastic! 🤣 I have no idea what the thought process was behind it, but for me Tropetastic lends to picking up a book with a favorite trope or maybe a book that's a venerable orgy of tropes (maybe it's a amnesiac boss and a secretary with a secret baby and they're stuck in a hotel due to bad weather and there's only one bed!). Anyway, run with it folks. Whatever Tropetastic means to you, go with that.
That being said, remember that the themes are completely optional. The goal of the challenge has been, and always will be, to read something (anything!) that's been languishing in your mountain range of unread books.
It's never too late to join the Challenge! To learn more about it and to see a list of folks participating head on over to the information page.

The problem with having a TBR that can be seen from space is how hard it is not feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume, and missing the individual titles that fit the bill.

AL: Well the good news with Tropetastic is you can kind of go in several directions - either a favorite trope of something chock full of them. I ended up going with a Harlequin Presents...because of course 😂
I'm going with a decade old, enemies-to-lovers Silhouette Desire: it has to hit in several levels, right?
I ended up just going off theme this month - I had a book I really wanted to read, trying to get to some of the newer books on my TBR because those are the ones I want to read the most.
