Reminder: TBR Challenge for May

For those of you participating in the 2015 TBR Challenge, this is a reminder that your commentary is "due" on Wednesday, May 20.  This month's theme is Kickin' It Old Skool (Copyright 10 years or older).  Not to send anybody into a tail spin - but ten years ago was 2005.  If your TBR pile is anything like mine, you probably have an embarrassment of riches to choose from.  However, remember - the themes are totally optional and are not required.  Maybe you are an overachiever and you only have very recently published books in your TBR. Hey, that's fine!  Remember, it's not about the themes but reading something (anything!) out of your TBR.

For more information, or just to follow along with all the participants - check out the 2015 TBR Challenge Information Page.

I'm excited by this one! I had to skip last month's b/c every single contemporary I read was a DNF :-( and I don't feel comfortable reviewing a DNF. I know, I could have reviewed something else, but honestly, nothing grabbed me. It's so weird b/c contemporaries are my jam, usually.

AL: I know, right? This one snuck up on me too. I'm blaming The Slump.

Jill: It's an embarrassment of riches for me with this month's theme. It's shocking how many "older" titles I have in the TBR.

Wendy, my problem is that I am off to Mexico on Wednesday (and am I ready? of course not) and I'm almost certain there will be no internet for me until I come back next Monday, so...

*cries* and I was doing so well so far!

AL: But the important question is, are you hauling books there for your sister? Hey, don't worry. If you have a chance to read something this month you can always post late. Heck, I even posted late this year (I want to say back in March?) - so it's totally allowed :)

Hauling tons of books for my sister--it's books, books, some underwear and t-shirts, books, books, books.

I'm taking you at your work; will have to post this month's TBR when I come back.
