That's the snow currently on my parent's patio. What this picture doesn't show is the bitter, cold wind that is currently blowing this snow all over the damn place. It's a balmy 12 degrees minus whatever the heck the "wind chill" is right now.
I'm cold.
Wait - let's rephrase that.
I'm really flippin' cold.
But I survived Chicago O'Hare and I'm Super Librarian! I laugh in the face of you 12 degrees! You are no match for me and my Super-ness! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Help me. ::whimper::

Looks like my yard in NJ. I hear ya about the cold. I had to wrap myself up like the kid from a Christmas Story.
Did you make some snow angels? :D
Yeah, Oz and I are a bit worried about the cold - it's like 80 degrees here. We are heading out to Disney tonight to see the lights.
Ha ha... welcome back Super Librarian! Try this weather with no heat... and now you have my weekend summed up along with waiting for the stupid repair people to come!
Yeah, looks like my house. I'm in WI. It didn't even hit zero degrees today. I think it was minus 3 degrees with a minus 30 wind chill factor.
UGH.
Awww I would love that view right now, even with the cold.
We're supposed to get snow in Scotland but all we seem to have had for the last bazillion years is rain. Ack.
Aww, isn't it pretty? Winter's come early to the Midwest this year.
I encourage the wearing a hat & gloves when laughing in the face of winter. Or just stay inside and have a cuppa & a cookie.
So... um... you'd hate me lots if I said there's short and tank top weather in Florida right now?
Have tons of fun there! You'll be back soon enough to raining SoCal.
Would Hot Chocolate help?
Yikes--we've got the snow here in the Northeast, but it's not quite that cold :) It's a truly balmy 10 above--LOL
AH!HA! You've gone soft in the decadent West Coast! All the midwestern moral fiber comes, you know, from a frozen backside. I found over an inch of frost on the INSIDE of my window. As for you Floridians.....well after all you live in the midst of Disneyland East so....there (or something).
[We've got to talk up the benefits of 5 degree weather or everyone would flee! Humph, humph. Good for the soul, humph, humph.]
Congratulations on surviving O'Hare at Christmas!
Moral fiber?
*blink*
Oh, so that's what's missing...
It was 12 degrees this morning in Nashville and I thought I would freeze to death. We don't even have snow, but we do have wind. Good luck in the frozen tundra.
So cold. Oh sooooo cold! And it's snowing again.
Kristie: I hope you have heat again! Yikes!!!!
Well at least, you made it :D That's a good news :) All you can do now is bundle up :D
It looks pretty, that should count for something, right? Drink lots of hot things! *g*
